Booking Terms and Conditions

1.  A non-refundable £50 deposit is required once confirmation of booking has been received and agreed upon by both parties. If cancelling within 14 days of paying the deposit, full refund will be given.
2.  An invoice will be issued six weeks before the event for the outstanding balance to be paid.
3.  Smoking is prohibited inside or within the immediate vicinity of the vehicles
4.  Any and all damages incurred by the passengers will be the hirer’s responsibility and charges may apply.
5.  We do not and will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
6.  Due to the ages of our vehicles, seat belts are not required to be worn by law however, they have been fitted in the front seat only in ‘Penny’ in the interest of your safety and are to be worn at your discretion.
7.  “Penny” have full wedding hire insurance and public liability insurance.
8.  Whilst we do our upmost best to maintain our vehicles to prolong their serviceable lives, we cannot accept fault for any electrical/mechanical faults or breakdowns. In the unlikely event a problem like this occurs, every effort will be made to get this rectified ASAP so we can proceed. No responsibility will be accepted for missed connections etc due to breakdown or accident.
9.  Refunds may be only given in exceptional circumstances.
10.  Cancellation policy entails full refund of any money (excluding deposit) up to 6 weeks prior to event date. 50% refund (excluding deposit) will be given up to 2 weeks prior to event date. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks of event date will not result in any refund
